Nearly a decade of clinical practice has established Dr. Rossella Fioresta as a high-level cosmetic, prosthodontic, and implant dentist with a strong focus on comprehensive oral rehabilitation.
She specialises in cosmetic and implant dentistry, delivering functional, aesthetic, and durable rehabilitative outcomes. She holds a Master’s degree in Aesthetic Dentistry and Oral Rehabilitation, a Master’s degree in Implantology and Implant Prosthodontics, and postgraduate training in Endodontics with the use of the clinical microscope. Her academic pathway culminated in a Doctorate in Dentistry, awarded summa cum laude.
Dr. Fioresta refined her clinical expertise in Spain, working in Valencia and the prestigious Marbella area, treating an international patient base and managing full-mouth rehabilitations in demanding, high-expectation private practices.
In 2025, she relocated to Dublin, bringing with her a prosthodontic-driven philosophy defined by meticulous planning, precision execution, and results that are both natural and durable.
Fluent in Italian, Spanish, and English, and with an intermediate command of Chinese, Dr. Fioresta combines technical excellence with a refined, patient-centred approach.
